If I need to send a payment via mail, what form of payment does Queen Diva Shops accept?

Queen Diva Shops accepts postal money order and personal or cashier's checks.

However, if you do send a check, be mindful, we will accept it as payment but it may take anywhere from 1-10 days to clear based on your banking institution.

If for whatever reason, checks are returned as NSF (Insufficient Funds). You will be assessed a charge of $29.00 (our bank's NSF fee).

We will use any means and method available to collect funds (owing and punitive) from those who intentionally attempt to commit a crime.

In certain instances, Queen Diva Shops offers gift wrapping services. There will be a separate page on our site that lists the items that can be gift wrapped. If you are purchasing an item and it is not listed on this page, please contact us and we will let you know if we can gift wrap them or not.

These services includes:

How soon after confirmed payment may I expect to receive my item(s)?

We know how important it is for you to receive the item(s) you purchase timely and without delay.

ALL items are shipped with delivery tracking and confirmation and are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving confirmed payment. All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service).

Delivery tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you, if you provide us with an e-mail address. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us. We will gladly provide it to you.
