ALL items are shipped with delivery confirmation and are normally shipped within 48-72 business hours of receiving confirmed payment. All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) depending on weight of item.
Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 14 days.
If there may be an unexpected delay with your shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible!
No refunds will be given because the purchaser refuses to pick up item from post office after delivery attempts have been made. However, if the item is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund you the purchase price minus the shipping and handling fee.
Should purchaser wish to have item redelivered - they are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the reshipping of the item.
