MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS! The Christmas season is upon us. Please order early to ensure timely delivery.
We know how important it is for you to receive the item(s) you purchase timely and without delay.
ALL items are shipped with delivery confirmation and are normally shipped within 48-72 business hours of receiving confirmed and completed payment. All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) depending on the weight of the shipment.
During peak times, i.e. holidays, back to school, etc, please allow a few extra days for delivery.
Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 14 days.
If there may be an unexpected delay with your shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible!
No refunds will be given because purchaser refuses to pick up item from post office or your local UPS depot after delivery attempts have been made. However, if the item is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund you the purchase price minus the shipping and handling fee.
Should purchaser wish to have item redelivered - they are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the reshipping of the item.
We are pleased to announce we have expanded our delivery area! We are now delivering to Canada, United Kingdom, Barbados, Ecuador, Germany, Jamaica, Malaysia, Bahamas, Bolivia and Argentina.

Certain items automatically will be shipped with insurance. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for insurance protection, please contact us. We may be able to provide insurance protection at an additional charge, if applicable.

We understand that at times, errors may occur. So....
Returns for exchanges are accepted only if:
1) Incorrect item was sent to you, i.e, you ordered a black dress and a red one was sent to you
2) Item has not been worn. Does not have any odors (i.e. cigarette smoke, body odor, perfumes, colognes, dryer sheets, NONE)
3) You alert Queen Diva Shops that you wish a refund and/or exchange within 48 hours of USPS or UPS delivery.
4) All items must be returned with original tags and/or packaging
5) Should you return an item for any other reason, there will be a restock fee of 10% of the purchase price. You will then be refunded the difference via your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
***6) Certain rules apply regarding the return of designer inspired handbags. Please contact us within 48 hours of USPS or UPS delivery should you wish to return a handbag.***
However, we are unable to accept any return on panties, undergarments, bras, girdles or lingerie unless in original unbroken, unopened packaging.
